Holger H. is a successful management consultant active internationally.

His professional career was so successful that nothing stood in the way of his promotion to senior management. Due to his high level of commitment, he showed initial symptoms of exhaustion, such as a permanently hoarse voice. The focus of our collaboration was on relaxation during the presentation, which led to a clear vocal tone and higher self-efficacy. Due to physical limitations, we conducted part of the exercises while seated and were able to increase Holger H.’s persuasive power even in this position, enabling his transition into senior management.
